Using the To-Go Case:

1. Preparation: Before you leave the house, put a freshly cleaned sponge in your case.

Delivery and returns

We would like to give you a comprehensive right of return. You only have to return your HERA sponges within 30 days (of course only the unworn sponges) and pay the postage for the return. All other products cannot be returned.
