Which size do I need?

Our sponges come in three sizes – based on familiar tampon sizes. This makes it easy to find the right absorbency: Mini for light days, Regular for medium, and Super for heavier flow. If you're unsure, you can also trim the sponges to size or wear two at once for extra security.

Tabular overview:

• Mini : 4–5 cm diameter sponge, approx. 10–15 ml absorption (≈ 2 normal tampons)

• Regular: 5–6.5 cm diameter sponge, approx. 15–25 ml absorption (≈ 2–2.5 tampons)

• Super : 6.5–7.5 cm diameter sponge, up to 30 ml absorption (≈ 3+ tampons)
