Vaginal health

Vaginal health with the power of Mother Nature

A healthy vaginal environment contributes to your well-being. The menstrual sponge supports your vaginal health because it is natural, gentle, and free of additives. It protects your mucous membranes, maintains the pH balance, and is therefore particularly well-tolerated – even by sensitive mucous membranes.

No drying out of the mucous membranes

Tampons not only absorb blood but also moisture – often the cause of irritation or vaginal dryness. Menstrual sponges absorb only blood, leaving the mucous membranes undisturbed. This helps maintain your natural balance.

Natural & pH-friendly

The menstrual sponge is free of chemicals, fragrances, and synthetic fibers. Its natural material is pH-neutral and particularly skin-friendly. This makes it suitable even for women with sensitive intimate skin or recurring irritations.

Antibacterial properties

Natural sponges naturally contain enzymes with antibacterial properties. Combined with proper care – rinsing during menstruation, thorough cleaning with tablets before and after – the sponge remains hygienic and safe.

gentle care instead of chemicals:

"Your vagina is one of the most sensitive parts of your body – and deserves only what truly protects it."

No chemicals, no plastic – noticeably more natural

90% of tampons contain synthetic fibers, pesticide residues, fragrances, and plastic – without manufacturers being required to declare this. Recent studies even show that tampons can contain toxic heavy metals such as lead and arsenic. In addition, they not only draw blood from the vagina but also moisture – often the cause of irritation, dryness, and an imbalanced vaginal flora. The sponge is different: It is made of 100% natural material, absorbs only the blood, and thus protects your mucous membranes.

Softer, more flexible, and adapts to your body

Menstrual cups are made of medical-grade silicone and are reusable – but they don't fit every anatomy. Many women find them uncomfortable because the vacuum creates a negative pressure that can cause pain or a feeling of pressure. For women with an IUD, they are even discouraged, as the negative pressure can pull the IUD out of the body. The sponge, on the other hand, adapts softly and flexibly to your body, is hypoallergenic, and antibacterial. No negative pressure, no pain, no foreign body sensation.

100% Zero Waste, 0% visible

Sanitary pads are usually made of plastic, cellulose, adhesives, and fragrances – this can cause chafing, redness, or even irritation of the mucous membranes. Period underwear also sometimes contains synthetic fibers that are not breathable and trap heat and moisture – ideal for bacteria. Both products sit externally and can cause pressure points. In contrast, the sponge sits discreetly inside the body, allows air to reach the mucous membranes, and is completely free of plastic, fragrances, and chafing.
