When do I use the tabs?

Before and after each period: Use one tab for all three sponges and leave on for at least 20 minutes. We also recommend cleaning with tabs after period sex.
What are the ingredients in the cleaning tabs?

The tabs contain only the essentials: gentle surfactants (5-15%), oxygen-based bleach (less than 5%), sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate to inhibit bacteria and mold, and subtle fragrances. Vegan, made in Germany, without harsh chemicals.
Is one pack of tabs enough for several cycles?

Yes, one pack of 6 tabs is enough for 3 cycles.
Can I use vinegar instead of the cleaning tabs?

We advise against it: Vinegar has a strong odor, requires many hours of soaking time, and is not laboratory tested. Our tablets clean reliably, safely, and odorlessly in 20 minutes.
