Delivery time, shipping costs and shipping method
The delivery time within Switzerland is 4 working days. The packages are sent with Swiss Post and cost CHF 2.90.
The delivery time within Germany is 5 working days. The packages are sent with Deutsche Post and cost € 2.80.
Term and cancellation of subscription
The term of the annual subscription is automatically extended after one year. Termination is possible at any time and takes effect upon receipt of your written notice of termination at info@hera-organics.com.

Our sponges cannot be returned due to their high standard of hygiene.
The sponges are picked, processed and shipped by hand. They thus undermine a large number of eyes for control. If your order has defects, please contact us at info@hera-organics.com.
