What is the 2-in-1 Intimate & Sponge Soap?

The HERA 2-in-1 Intimate & Sponge Soap is a specially developed cleaning soap – for your menstrual sponge and your intimate area. And it's not really a classic soap at all. Because normal soaps are usually made from lye, are alkaline, and leave a dry film on the skin. Our soap is different – it consists of mild sugar surfactants, which are plant-based building blocks that gently cleanse without drying out or irritating.

In addition, there is a formulation that is truly intended for the intimate area: pH-neutral with a value of 3.8–4.5, suitable for the natural vaginal flora. With Lactobacillus bacteria – exactly the lactic acid bacteria that also occur in the vagina – and inulin, a probiotic plant substance that feeds the good bacteria and supports the microbiome. Panthenol cares for and regenerates, chamomile soothes and provides a gentle, natural scent.

The cleaning effect on the sponge has been tested and confirmed in the laboratory – it reliably and hygienically cleans the menstrual sponge.
